Siscon have recently been engaged by the Victoria Body Corporate Services and Owners Committee of 37 Ascot Vale Road to act as Project Manager / Superintendent of their major rectifications works.
The building has suffered significant water damage over time due to insufficient waterproofing. We underwent a thorough tender process and months of coordination meetings with the 28 owners within the complex. A huge effort by the Owners Committee meeting fortnightly to make big decisions on behalf of all owners and for Hunter Mason being a fantastic contractor to carry out the works to completion.
