The one that started it all…
Originally built in 1950, this weatherboard house was bought as a renovators delight. A single storey 3 bedroom, 1 bath run down old lady, which required some much needed love and TLC. We could see the enormous potential from the get go, with her art deco features, large block, wide hallway and open plan living she had good bones.
Ongoing planning delays didnt deter us from the end goal finally becoming Elicia’s spacious double storey 5 bed, 2 bath family home. It was actually around that dining table where Siscon was born!
