OUR STORY

Siscon Projects was founded in 2019 and specialises in the delivery of Project Management Services. This is our core business and we have delivered many successful projects for various clients over the years.

The business was established by two sisters, Elicia and Kate Wallace hence the name ‘Siscon’ – two sisters who consult and construct.

We come from a long line of construction, having watched our father run his own residential construction business since 1977. Following in our fathers’ footsteps, we have both had successful careers in the industry, and our diverse skillsets compliments one and other.

Our combined experience is varied with Elicia’s background in Project Management and Kate’s being Operations Management. Together we support each other on an as required basis and as each project dictates.

Siscon Projects is an independent Project Management business that provides an end to end solution for all of our clients. We want to make this process as easy as possible for you, so we’re here to help along every step of the way.

Our core business, expertise and passion is Project Management. Every client and project is unique and so our services are individually tailored to suit exactly what you need.

We aim to help all of our clients achieve their project outcome, whether it be Commercial or Domestic, we apply the same principles to get the best result. We love our work, and we won’t rest until you love it too.

Elicia
Managing Director,
Co Founder

Elicia has been working in the industry for over 20 years having worked for organisations such as Davis Langdon (now an Aecom business) Montlaur Project Services (now CBRE Project Management), RPS Group and Charter Hall in various roles including Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Senior Development Manager, Project Director, Business Manager and General Manager.

It was only recently that she decided to establish her own business and work on projects that were closer to her core values and skillset.

Kate
Operations Director, Co Founder

Kate has been working in the industry for 10+ years and started her working days in Aged Care however ventured over to construction in 2010. Since joining Probuild as the junior receptionist, Kate successfully worked her way to an Executive Assistant role for the Director of Estimating and more recently the Chief Financial Officer.

Her exposure and experience to the management of a Tier 1 construction business over a 10-year period provides her with a wealth of knowledge in the day to day management of a commercial construction business.

Elise
Project Manager

Elise has been delivering successful construction projects for a wide range of clients for over 7 years.

Her experience with navigating the often-complicated residential planning and building permit process is indispensable to the success of our clients projects.

She is passionate about practical, affordable design that provides long-lasting and liveable spaces.
