Yes. Having come from a long line of residential builders our passion is still very much aligned with the domestic market. As part of the Siscon business plan, we intend to expand into residential renovations and property development as opportunities arise.

We take your idea, whether it be a small scale renovation to a large commercial development and implement a solution from start to finish. We are your representative throughout the design and construction process of your project.

The three components that we will constantly manage is: Time, Cost and Quality.

Other than Project Management we have also provided other property related services such as Independent Advisory, Technical Due Diligence, Superintendency and Business Operational Planning & Business Case preparation. We have a wealth of experience in both the delivery and management roles so we try and assist our clients in any way we can.

Clients often find that our management style will save them time and money. This results in a more effective delivery regarding program and cost, often exceeding our fee.

We are happy to get involved at any phase of your project. However to get the optimum result we like to set the project up and manage it from the start. We also appreciate that projects often don’t go to plan and we may have to get involved half way through. Whatever the case – we always aim to help.

Every project is different and unique. We review each project in detail, assess our level of involvement and prepare a tailored fee proposal for discussion with the client.
