Every now and then a project comes across our desk that is not the typical house renovation or office fitout. Our Ascot Vale project was just that, with an extensive landscape, pool and pool house design!
In July 2023, our lovely client reached out to us to assist bringing his design to life with the brief…. “We would like to be swimming by Christmas”. With a number of designs and quotations already received, our next step was to complete a full tender review and thorough analysis. We were then able to provide a recommendation to our client to proceed with three contractors for the works;
- Lusher Landscaping – all landscaping, paving, fencing, garden lighting and irrigation system
- Laguna Pools – pool excavation, fitout and electrical works
- Bri-Build – Pool House construction and fitout
- Siscon Projects – Project Management
The coordination of trades and permits went “swimmingly” and handover was achieved prior to Christmas.
