Epworth HealthCare – Richmond
Our lovely clients at Epworth HealthCare reached out to Siscon in March 2021, to assist them in the Project Management of their new Head Office which is located within the iconic Pelaco Building, Richmond.
The project involved the demolition and fit out of Level 3, Building 1 covering approximately 1600m2. With a compressed program and Covid restrictions impacting the construction industry, we had several challenges during the project delivery. But with a huge team effort, from contractor right through to client, we not only met the proposed completion date, we were within budget. We at Siscon are very proud of the collaborative approach to deliver this modern, light filled, integrated office fitout and 168 new workstations.
