This large 1980s brick home, is about to undergo a major overhaul for a growing family. We are excited to utelise every inch of this 1100m2 block by extending the rear of the house out into the never ending backyard to create a huge master retreat. We will also update the internal layout, upgrading the kitchen and main bathroom, an additional ensuite for the front bedroom, a guest bedroom, a mudroom off the new double garage including a wine cellar.. oh and not to mention a basketball court!
