Sitting pretty on a large block of nearly 900m2 in the heart of Surrey Hills, this classic California Bungalow has already undergone a few changes since our clients took ownership 8 years ago. But with a growing family, she’s ready for a full makeover! Not wanting to sacrifice any of their gorgeous rear garden means the only way is up! As construction is now underway, we are super excited to work with the team from Splinter Society Architects and Charles Bros Building on this one!
